Ryan Turgano
Ryan is an active powerlifting competitor, USPA coach, national referee and meet director. In addition to powerlifting and strongman, he has background in strength coaching team sports such as hockey, wrestling, football, and soccer.
Main Coach/OwnerZechariah Young
Zech uses evidence-based practice and evaluation to guide his personal training and fitness. He focuses on physical strength, mobility, mental resilience, and overall well-being.
Strength and Conditioning CoachDarleen Tippie
Darleen runs conditioning/hybrid classes, TRX/KB classes, personal training and meal planning to help others reach their fitness goals. She is also an active member in the APA federation as a competitor, and USAPL federation as a coach.
