Kim Loney
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Kim ran cross-country and played basketball and softball growing up and into her high school years. Physical activity got replaced with parties and the beach while attending college, and was virtually non-existent by the time she graduated Hawaii Pacific University with a degree in Marketing. Years later after having two children, Kim found herself the most unhealthy she’d ever been. Determined to feel good in her body again, she began focusing on proper nutrition and lifting weights.
After years of consistent training, Kim decided to turn her passion into a career, and earned her Personal Trainer certification. She leads the Strength and Conditioning Boot Camp Class, and is also an active power lifting competitor. Committed to continuing her fitness education, Kim is currently working towards earning her Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor certification.
