Ryan Turgano
Owner/Coach
Ryan is an active powerlifting competitor, USPA coach and state referee. In addition to powerlifting, he has background in coaching team sports and is the current strength and conditioning coach for the Olympic High school wrestling team. Prior to working with the wrestling program, he coached girls soccer for many years. As a competitor, he has a diverse background that allows him to relate and program sports specific exercises accordingly. Before narrowing his focus to powerlifting, Ryan competed in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, weightlifting, strongman, rugby, soccer (indoor & outdoor), hockey and wrestling.
