Zech uses evidence-based practice and evaluation to guide his personal training and fitness. He focuses on physical strength, mobility, mental resilience, and overall well-being. His training sessions are designed to be challenging yet rewarding, helping clients push their limits and achieve more than they thought possible.

With over 20 years as a fitness enthusiast, Zech brings knowledge, experience, and passion to every session. Whether clients want to improve their strength, lose weight, enhance their athletic performance, or just general preparedness. Zech is there to guide you through every step.

Zech's diverse background in military service, competitive strength sports, and academic excellence in kinesiology ensures a unique and enriching experience for everyone he works with. His comprehensive understanding of human movement, exercise physiology, and strength training principles allows him to design effective and personalized training programs that cater to each individual's needs and goals.

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Seattle University

2024 Dean’s List (Senior Year)

2022 ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Currently in progress

 

Professional Experience:

10-Year Navy Veteran

Assistant Command Fitness Leader, Naval Base San Diego: Security department

Internship: Completed a 300-hour internship at Seattle University’s collegiate weight room, where he gained direct experience working with athletes.

Competitive Achievements:

2024 USPA Powermania: 1st place masters division/125kg/non-tested/Raw total =1398

2023 strongest service member: 2nd place veterans division

2023 Scary Strength: 3rd place, open 260 Weight  class

2024 Puget Sound Throwdown: 2nd place open heavyweight master’s class

2013 Navy/Army Afghanistan 1000 Pound Challenge: Attained a total of 1100 lbs
